You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your credentials. Any transaction, ledger update, or order scheme applied through your dealer.html or distributor.html dashboard will be treated as a legally binding corporate request.
All prices listed on our product catalogues, calculators, and bulk ordering sheets are subject to change based on raw material costs and market margins. Invoices generated through our super admin billing module are computed using standard Indian GST slabs (typically 18% or 28% for specialized items). Payment terms default to Net 30 days unless customized by administrative privileges. Outstanding balances past due date parameters are subject to late fee interest of 1.5% per month, and may trigger automatic suspension of credit limits on your account ledger.
Products are dispatched from regional warehouses through authorized logistics partners. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon shipment delivery. Distributors are responsible for regional redistribution.
